We are probably waiting for the bank transfer to be completed by your bank. Sometimes it can take a little bit longer. If after 24 hours (of the working day) you still don’t receive a ticket, please contact the Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org

No, the tickets for Golden Rush Poland neither can be returned, nor resold to other persons. Any public offer of ownership transfer is forbidden, including offering it as a prize in the contest, lottery or bonus offer sales, even if it is free of charge.
